1. General
1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all sections and pages under the www.financetraining.nl website (the “Global Finance Training website”).
1.2 The information provided on the Global Finance Training website provide a free resource for customers, charities and not-for-profit organisations and may not be used for commercial purposes of any kind.
1.3 By accessing any part of the Global Finance Training website you will be deemed to have accepted these terms in full and accept that these terms are governed by Dutch Law.
1.4 The Global Finance Training may modify these terms and conditions by posting an updated copy of them on the Global Finance Training website from time to time. You should check the Global Finance Training website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions. By continuing to use the Global Finance Training website you agree to the amended terms and conditions. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be replaced by clear notices or new terms located on particular pages of the Global Finance Training website.
1.5 You will not use the Global Finance Training website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions.

1.7 You may not misuse the Global Finance Training website (including, without limitation, by hacking).
1.8 Global Finance Training shall fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the Company to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clause 1.6 or 1.7.
1.9 Any contractual and non-contractual obligations and other matters arising from or connected with these terms and conditions shall be governed by Dutch law and these terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with Dutch law.
1.10 The courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
1.11 Any provision of these website terms and conditions which is, or may be, void or unenforceable shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect any other provision of these website terms and conditions.
1.12 Global Finance Training, is registered as a Company in the Netherlands under K.v.K number 52320146.
2. Copyright
2.1 Unless otherwise stated Global Finance Training owns the copyright and any other intellectual property rights in all material on the Global Finance Training website.
2.2 Global Finance Training gives permission for extracts of our website (of up to 10,000 words) to be printed, saved to disk or downloaded to any other storage medium, provided:
2.2.1 It is for your own personal use, or for use within a charity or not-for-profit organisation and is not for a commercial purpose of any kind;
2.2.2 No text or related graphics are modified in any way;
2.2.3 Graphics are not used separately from the accompanying text; and
2.2.4 The source of the material is acknowledged in all copies, either by appropriate words or by adding the Global Finance Training copyright notice (ie the Global Finance Training™).
2.3 The information on the Global Finance Training website may also be used, after receiving written agreement us, by the providers of other websites or publications to help them develop their own content. Such approvals will be granted subject to status of the provider, reasons for use and current Global Finance Training editorial policies.
